Communications between CPSI and a CPSI customer regarding support requests and all information related to such support requests are private and confidential between CPSI and the CPSI customer regardless as to whether such communications and information are so marked.
Termination of Access and Use: CPSI may, in its sole discretion, terminate the right to access and use CPSI’s Website of any Eligible Website User that has violated these Terms and Conditions.
No License: Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to grant any license or any other rights to CPSI’s Website, except as expressly set forth herein, or transfer any rights, title or interests in or to any intellectual property of CPSI.
